WITH THE UNIVERSITY of Limerick being announced as one of the world’s top 150 ‘young unversities’, we decided to celebrate what makes it so special.

1. Rock The Boat is an important tune for anyone who frequented The Lodge

For a time a cadre of lads thought it was ‘hilarious’ to wee on the floor before Rock The Boat, so all boat-rockers would have to sit in the wee.

3. The complete dismay when Trooms closed down in 2010

4. Finding a seat in the library was harder than actually studying
